  • Care Instructions
    Candy can typically last 3-4 weeks. These do not need to be refrigerated, but hotter weather can affect the texture and melt gummies. Alternately, cold weather can harden airheads, fruit roll ups, and fruit by the foot. Place candy in a warm area to soften.

    Is there local pickup?
    Pickup is available in Goodyear, AZ. If you’d like to place a pickup order send us a message!

    Shipping
    Shipping is calculated by weight. Since our Candy is heavy, we ship USPS flat rate which usually takes 2-5 business days during holiday seasons. This allows us to ship at the same price, as long as it can fit in a flat rate envelope. Larger/heavier orders will ship in a padded flat rate envelope or flat rate box.

    Orders containing 1 medium item will be shipped USPS First Class (only allows up to 12 Oz) which can take 2-5 days.

    My order is late
    USPS may experience delays due to COVID and the holiday season. These delays are out of our control. If you have any concerns, please contact us right away. Please check the tracking number provided for a status of your order. If it has been over 2 weeks from the ship date and you still have not received it, please contact us right away!

    Damaged items
    If you received your order and your candies leaked out of their bags, or the package is damaged please contact us right away for a replacement! We try to keep shipping costs low by shipping in envelopes ($7-$9) instead of boxes ($15+) so sometimes they can be damaged.

    My Candy arrived dry/hard
    Colder temps can harden some candies. If you ordered Airheads, Fruit by the foot, or Fruit roll ups and they appear dry or hard, I promise they are not dried out! Try placing them in a warm location so they can soften up.

    My Candy arrived melted
    Warmer temps can melt our softer gummy candies. We do not ship with ice packs and we will not replace melted items. As an alternative during summer months we do offer Local pickup in Arizona. Please message me for more information on pickup. We can also ship in a padded envelope or a box for an extra fee. Also, see our summer melting warning on each individual listing.


    What is the 
    return policy? Sorry, no returns, but if there is a problem with your order please contact us right away!


    How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
    Please contact us ASAP. We cannot edit orders once they have shipped.
